This programme is designed for all students from 7 years and above. On this programme you will learn the basics of Tang Soo Do. This ranges from hand techniques , foot techniques, stances and self defence grabs. It is great for improving your fitness, confidence and self discipline.
This class is also tailored for families, so if you wanted to train together you could do. These classes are taught in a fun and friendly environment.
