Some helpful tips.
1. Please enter the students details.
2. Please select the current belt you/your child are at the moment.
3. Only put your name down if your instructor has said you are ready.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING YOUR FORM IS THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE GRADUATION.

Tiger Tots 9.30am

White to blue Belts 10.30am

Green Belts 11.30am

Red Belts 12.30pm

Black Belts 1.30pm
